The EPC we provide is an official Government Certificate and is valid for 10 years. An EPC is now required by Law before a commercial property can be marketed or sold.
In order for us to produce the EPC certificate and recommendations report we would require access to all areas of the property and would need to carry out a site survey of the property that on average takes between 2 and 3 hours.
A copy of the certificate and report when completed will be issued to yourselves and a copy will also be issued to your solicitor and agent as and when you require this. In addition we will also provide you with a unique reference number that will enable you to access a copy of the certificate and recommendations report online from an official government website for the life of the EPC
As part of our service we also included a third report (sample Below) on each property these reports can assist both the owner and prospective purchaser/tenant to understand the recommendations within the governments recommendations report for the properties.
